Four Types Of Deluxe Fishing And Speed Boats: Which Will You Choose?

When you are in the market for a new fishing or speed boat, you can get both in one if you know what to shop for. One such example might be any of the four types of speed and fishing boats that are listed below. There are lots of other companies and styles of luxury fishing/speed boats to choose from, and the following examples of four different styles will help you get started on this major decision.
Bay Boats
Bay boats come in four lengths, but what really sets them apart is the fact that they have two solid decks on which you can stand and safely fish without falling or slipping because of the roll of the boat. These are also the boats that some alligator hunters like to use because of the comfortable seats up front and behind the captain's wheel, along with the deep boat bed for collecting a lot of your favorite prey. The larger versions of this boat come equipped with a hardtop sun cover over the captain's chair.
Center Consoles
These boats have a centered driving console, but they also have extra chairs for passengers in, near, and around the center console. The downward dip off the back of the boat lowers to meet the water to help you get fish into the boat more easily or to help you into the water faster when you want to use the boat for activities such as scuba diving. The prow of these boats is a little wider, but it comes to a point to slice through the waves with efficiency.
Side Consoles
This style of boat removes most of the front standing deck you see with bay boats and installs a lot more seats and side console storage. Even on the smallest of this style of boat, you can have quite a large party of people tag along on the water to fish or just speed along.
Dual Consoles
This last style of boat is the closest thing you are going to get to a yacht without buying a yacht. Many of the controls, luxury features, and seating closely resemble a small yacht. However, these boats are not yachts and do not have the high price tag that comes with a yacht. You can view it as a really big speed/fishing boat that can easily accommodate a dozen or more people, depending on the size of dual console boat you choose to purchase.
